    Our Most Popular Questions

I've included a list of our most frequently asked questions below, in the hope that you can quickly find the answer to your question. If you still have questions, please get in touch.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. I am a small business who works from home. My address is Gallony Avenue, Massey. Email me at kelly@reuseful.co.nz or message me on Facebook to arrange a time/day to pick up.

    How Much Does Shipping Cost?

If you spend over $120, shipping is FREE!  For all orders under $120 shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.90 for urban addresses and $12.90 for rural addresses.

How Much Is The Rural Surcharge?

There is a flat rate fee for rural addresses of $12.90. That's the standard shipping rate of $7.90 plus $5 surcharge. Please select the correct shipping rate, otherwise your order will be delayed until correct rate has been paid.

Do You Have Plastic Free Packaging?

Yes.  All of Reusefuls orders are packaged using brown paper, cotton twine, compostable courier bags or re-used cardboard boxes.

Can I Have My Order Posted Overseas?

No, sorry. At this stage we only ship within New Zealand.

However, we have organised much bigger orders to be posted overseas in the past. As long you are happy to cover the additional shipping costs, we're happy to post for you. To organise this, get in touch with me at kelly@reuseful.co.nz or use the 'Contact Us' page.

Can I Exchange or Return My Purchases?

We take each request on a case by case basis. If you would like to exchange or return something please get in touch with us.

My Order Arrived Damaged, What Can I Do?

Please get in touch with us as soon as your order arrives. If you ordered a glass item and you can hear that it's broken, do NOT open the box/courier bag.  NZ post like to see the item for themselves before reimbursing us for the damage.
